I offer counselling for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. Maybe you’re going through a period of change, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply.
Whatever brings you here, this is time for you. A consistent, confidential space to say things out loud and explore your feelings in your own way, at your own pace.
My approach is humanistic and person-centred, but with the belief that a one-size-fits-all therapy doesn’t exist. I’m able to adapt my approach to what feels most helpful for you. You’re also welcome to use creative materials or sensory tools during sessions, which are always available during our sessions.

Details
I offer in-person and online counselling, usually on a weekly basis. You can choose between open-ended or fixed-term sessions depending on what feels right for you.
If we decide to work open-endedly, your weekly slot is yours for as long as you’d like it. If you prefer a fixed-term arrangement, we can agree on a number of sessions or a time period to work within.
